Now be it therefore resolved, that the Town Board of Supervisors shall enter into a 10 year contract for weekly curbside pick-up of garbage and bi-weekly pick-up of recyclables from all non-exempt, qualifying tax parcels.

As a condition of maintaining and keeping a license in the Town of Adams any licensee must continue in business. Issuance or retention of a license by a party not doing business is hereby declared to be against public policy and lacking in usefulness.
