Every person shall destroy all noxious weeds on all lands which he shall own, occupy or control. The person having immediate charge of any public lands shall destroy all noxious weeds on such lands. The highway patrolman on all federal, state or county trunk highways shall destroy all noxious weeds on that portion of the highway which he patrols. Garbage and Recycling Resolution 2020-05
Now be it therefore resolved, that the Town Board of Supervisors shall enter into a 10 year contract for weekly curbside pick-up of garbage and bi-weekly pick-up of recyclables from all non-exempt, qualifying tax parcels.
