   Kara Wormet is co-hosting a baby shower for her step daughter. She is aware it is recycling weekend. Miranda emailed application and rules on 6/8.
2. 

   Received completed Application, rental fee and security deposit on 6/23. Miranda emailed Kara to confirm receipt and set day/time for key pick up.
