The rental is requested by Linda Minigh on behalf of Samantha Miller. Samantha is the Town of Adams resident. Miranda is sending out application to Linda tomorrow, 8/21. Samantha will complete app and return with fee and deposit. I communicated to Linda that we cannot reserve the space until the payment has been received. As this event is greater than 90 days I requested she date the check for Hall Rental payment now and post date the deposit check of $50 for the date of the event. Otherwise, if there is damage and we try and deposit the hall deposit payment the bank will consider the deposit payment stale dated and we will need to obtain a new check. This will alleviate that issue. We will deposit the rental check when received and then I will remove “Pending” from the event title.
